An aerospace company in Valencia is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to review, redline, and manage government contracts. This role has a clear pathway to a future Director-level position, so we are looking for someone with strong stability, professionalism, and leadership potential.

Responsibilities
* Review, redline, and negotiate government and commercial contracts
* Ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS and other regulatory requirements
* Manage contract lifecycle from proposal through close-out
* Partner with cross-functional teams and serve as the main customer/government liaison
* Support audits, documentation, and internal compliance
* Provide leadership as the department grows

Requirements
* 3+ years of experience with government contracts
* Aerospace/defense industry experience preferred
* Strong redlining, negotiation, and communication skills
* Proficient with MS Office
* Professional, stable work history; leadership experience is a plus
